Letterstori.es is an explorative timeline

visualizing the letter exchanges between the austrian data artist Raoul Hausmann

and his beloved ones, partners and contemporaries.

LetterStori.es is an interactive visualization that relates correspondence (letters, postcards , etc.) between different actors, and places them in a historical context.

Stories and thematic connections hidden across several documents in the collection are comprehensibly linked in curated “stories” which can be discovered and investigated.

My role in this project has been to coordinate the project, to design and to develop the web interface.
